As a freelance web designer and freelance search engine optimizer with a regular job I can only commit my time to developing simple brochure websites in HTML and Flash programming languages. That is to say that it consumes too much of my resources to develop Ecommerce websites dealing with databases. Besides, when it comes to e-commerce websites dealing with databases, pay portals, and the collection of sensitive data and financial information from visitors I am neither well prepared nor do I wish to take on the responsiblity of designing an instrument that collects and protects those valuable data.
